Title: Solar Sales Engineer

Position Objective: NASTECH is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Solar Sales Engineer to lead sales efforts across multiple countries in the Middle East. This position requires a committed individual with a solid technical background in solar energy and a passion for building customer relationships, driving market growth, and ensuring renewable energy solutions reach those who need them.

A successful candidate should be able to:

  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, and clients to promote Nastech’s innovative solar products.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations tailored to customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Actively participate in trade shows, webinars, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with installers, contractors, consultants and clients to promote Nastech’s innovative solar products.  
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations tailored to customer needs.  
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.  
  • Actively participate in trade shows, webinars, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility.  
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.

Must Have

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Renewable Energy preferred) or equivalent experience.  
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the renewable energy or solar sector.  
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar products, including inverters, batteries, and micro grid/storage solutions.  
  • Fluency in English, Arabic and excellent presentation skills.  
  • Able to demonstrate product benefits, warranty and cost advantages to customers.
  • Experience of using solar design tools e.g. PVSyst, Helioscope or similar  

Nice to have

  • Knowledge and experience of using ERP and CRM programs
  • Additional Language/s
  •  Experience in organising/presenting in online webinars and product marketing videos
  • No restrictions on travelling abroad
