Title: Solar Sales Engineer
Position Objective:
NASTECH is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Solar Sales Engineer to drive sales efforts in Turkey, the Balkans, and CIS countries. This role requires a technically proficient professional with a strong passion for renewable energy, customer engagement, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, and clients to promote NASTECH’s innovative solar products.
- Provide technical expertise and customized solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve company objectives.
- Actively participate in trade shows, industry events, webinars, and client meetings to enhance brand awareness.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, logistics, and post-sales support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Located in Turkey with the ability to travel across the Balkans and CIS countries.
- Strong technical background in solar energy solutions and PV systems.
- Proven sales experience in the renewable energy sector in at least one of the territory listed.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with installers, contractors, consultants and clients to promote Nastech’s innovative solar products.

Provide technical expertise and recommendations tailored to customer needs.

Analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

Actively participate in trade shows, webinars, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.
Must Have
-
Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Renewable Energy preferred) or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the renewable energy or solar sector.

Strong technical knowledge of solar products, including inverters, batteries, and micro grid/storage solutions.
- Fluency in Turkis and English and excellent presentation skills.
- Able to demonstrate product benefits, warranty and cost advantages to customers.
- Experience of using solar design tools e.g. PVSyst, Helioscope or similar
Nice to have
- Knowledge and experience of using ERP and CRM programs
- Additional Language/s like Russian or Azerbaijani etc...
- Experience in organising/presenting in online webinars and product marketing videos
