Warranty claims and product faults

Report a fault on a product bought from Nastech. You receive a ticket number by email, and our team follows up by email or WhatsApp.

How it works

  1. Send the claim with the serial number and a photo of the serial label of each product.
  2. You get a ticket number by email. Quote it in all messages.
  3. We check the serial and the warranty, and may ask for logs or other data the manufacturer requires.
  4. We submit the claim to the manufacturer and coordinate the return. The manufacturer decides on repair, replacement or credit.

Before you start

  • Serial number of each product
    From the label on the unit
  • Data logger serial (inverters)
    From the label on the wifi stick or data logger
  • Photos or short videos
    Serial label, error screen or damage
  • Error code
    Exactly as shown on the display or app
  • Invoice or order number
    If you have it

For safety, switch the system off following the manufacturer's instructions if you see smoke, burning smell or physical damage.

6. Confirmation

I have read the Nastech Terms and Conditions of Sale, in particular clause 10 (Warranty), and I understand that:
  • the product carries only the manufacturer's warranty, and the manufacturer decides whether the claim is accepted;
  • the warranty may not cover this case, for example damage from installation, incompatible components, grid surges or lightning, transport, or normal wear;
  • warranty returns go to Nastech's Jebel Ali warehouse at my cost and risk, and labour, dismantling, reinstallation and site visits are not covered;
  • if the product is found not defective or the fault is excluded, I pay the testing, handling and freight costs.
I agree that Nastech processes the details in this form to handle my claim, and shares them with the manufacturer where the claim requires it.
