Terms and conditions of sale:

Delivery Time: for Stock Items: Typically 2–3 working days from receipt of Purchase Order and advance payment, subject to completion of customs clearance.Otherwise, the estimated delivery time is 4–5 weeks from receipt of Purchase Order and advance payment (to be confirmed in our Order Confirmation).
Delivery Term: Unless otherwise mentioned, delivery tem is EXW Jebel Ali Free Zone on TOO basis (The client’s nominated JAFZA freight forwarder is responsible for passing the customs declaration and collecting the goods from the JAFZA warehouse.)
Customs & VAT (applicable to LLC sub-distributors only): As the items are located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, it is the responsibility of the sub-distributor to arrange customs clearance into the UAE, including payment of VAT and import duties. These charges are not included in our quoted prices.
If you want to make changes to your quote please reply to this email with the requested changes and we'll get a revised quote sent asap.
Pricing is subject to change at any time.
Destination country may add additional taxes or import duties which is not included in our quote.

Special Project Orders, advance orders for wholesale customers and orders specially placed as per customer requirements cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed; cancellation fees will be 100% of the order total.
After the balance payment is settled/ order readiness notification email is sent, the order has to be collected from NASTECH warehouse within 7 working days. Otherwise, all port, storage and warehouse handling charges will apply at the rate of 0.1% of the total value of the order per day.
Sold orders cannot be returned unless the return request falls into warranty terms and conditions, for details see below.
By paying the advance, customer accepts all terms and conditions listed and in the attached proforma invoice, no further signature or stamp is needed nor an official purchase order after advance payment.
Until confirmed by Nastech with a written order confirmation, any verbal approval, money transfers to our accounts or customer purchase orders does not constitute any agreement, acceptance or commitment by Nastech.
Our price is valid for undivided quoted quantity and single P.O.
Data Sheets are attached, delivery times are approximate.
Delay penalty or liquidated damages are not accepted in any form or under any condition.
For warranty, point of return should be our warehouse inside Jebel Ali Free Zone.
Prices are net, banking charges to your account.
Payments are only with bank transfer.
Quoted prices and delivery times are based on INCOTERMS 2010 unless otherwise mentioned.
Import duty or VAT is not included in our price.
Order can be delivered partially and delivered items should be paid fully without waiting for the full delivery otherwise agreed in written.
Given delivery times are based on readiness at the orgin port, and this can be different than Jebel Ali.
We can offer sea freight for CFR Destination port in case of an order.
Delivery lead times are subject to vessel availability and are approximate.
Sanctions compliance :The Buyer acknowledges and guarantees compliance with all economic sanctions, anti-embargo laws and trade restrictions imposed by the United States, the United Nations, the European Union or other countries (regions) and international organizations, as updated from time to time, for the duration of the performance of this Contract ("Provisions").
Re-Export restrictions : Manufacturers impose stringent territorial controls to prevent unauthorized imports, thereby safeguarding specific markets or designated distributors therein. As a result, not all products or brands distributed by Nastech are accessible across all markets. Manufacturers reserve the right to modify the list of territories or products at their discretion at any given time. Thus, Nastech bears no responsibility if a specific manufacturer declines to provide support or service for products sold and subsequently re-exported to restricted areas. In the unlikely event of service denial, the manufacturer's global warranty and service terms and conditions shall govern. Resellers or end-users affected by such circumstances are advised to directly engage with the respective manufacturer for resolution.
